The Vincent J. Bommarito Award was by the Downtown Partnership as a “Special Merit” award in recognition of organizations that stood out from the crowd in terms of impact. The award was named for Vince Bommarito’s lifelong commitment to downtown St. Louis and the city’s  beautification and improvement efforts.

The award, which may or may not be given each year, has included such recipients as the new Busch Stadium, the Old Post Office, the Eads Bridge, Charlie Brennan and Washington Avenue Streetscape.

The U.S. Cellular Taste of St. Louis was extremely honored to receive this coveted award after only being in it's third year of operation.
