Sponsored by the Saint Louis Bread Co., the live Iron-Chef style competitions are always a must see event.

The 2007 culinary stage was sizzling with excitement as top St. Louis chefs competed for the coveted title: Taste of St. Louis Culinary Champion! Between competitions, patrons stayed on to watch special demonstrations from famed Lumière Place Casino chefs Hubert Keller (Secrets of a Chef) and Robert Flowers, as well as various demonstrations from the Saint Louis Bread Co. chefs.
