The Goose Island School of Cooking, presented by Smithfield  – hosts educational and entertaining culinary demonstrations from local and national chefs and culinary and beverage experts.

In 2016, Elayne Duff of Spike TV's Bar Rescue, headlined the Goose Island School of Cooking with one-of-a-kind beer cocktails.

The stage is also home to the Phillips 66 Showdown and other intimate showcases enhanced by audience interaction. Goose Island School of Cooking guests receive a special opportunity to sample the dish made during the showcase - along with a suggested beer pairing for an unparalleled culinary experience.

With Restaurant Row just steps away, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a bite while learning some new tips and tricks in the kitchen!
