The Showcase Stage & Dining Area

The Showcase Stage & Dining Area is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy delicious cuisine while watching culinary showcases and a vast variety of entertainment!

Last year’s Showcase Stage featured chef showcases from Celebrity Chef Marc Bynum of Food Network’s Chopped, Tom Pizzica of Outrageous Foods, Chef Desmond Keefe, Associate Professor of Culinary, Southern New Hampshire University and QVC Celebrity and Research Chef, Rick Tarantino.

Other entertainment included cocktail mixology demonstrations, an “Art of Pizza” showcase, beer demonstrations from the Brewmaster of Anheuser-Busch, fire performers and even a few of the River City Rockettes.
